All about deliveries

After receipt of your order, validated and paid in full, we undertake to ship it to you within three to five working days (with an extension if the product is not available and is therefore being manufactured). Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

FOR A SHIPMENT IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

Deliveries are made by post, in "COLISSIMO" with or without the recipient's signature, but with a tracking number. Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours. If your mailbox is not large enough, or if you are absent, a notice of proceeding will be left with you by the postman. You can then pick up your package at the specified post office within 15 days. Follow the delivery of your package at any time on www.colissimo.fr

In the event of a delay in delivery, JF Créations cannot be held responsible for this delay, and no compensation can be paid in return. Only the Post Office is responsible, and the customer can file a complaint with the Postal services at 3631 (call not surcharged).

Returns are not provided for in the mode of transport of our packages, unless otherwise stated.

The shipping costs are indicated at the time of the order, and calculated according to the amount including tax of the order.

RETURN OF GOODS

Returns are not accepted by JF CREATIONS. We are committed to providing the customer with quality items, the description of which is made as accurately as possible in the detail of each product. There can be no complaints about the quantity and quality of the items, which are checked several times before packaging. The validated and paid order constitutes acceptance in its entirety. All items are carefully packaged and protected, under special transport protection, and in a rigid, shock-resistant cardboard box recommended by the postal services.

We are not responsible for any loss, theft or theft of the items sent, and therefore no claim will be admissible.

LITIGATION

In the event that a dispute arises from this contractual relationship, the parties undertake, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution. Any complaint must be addressed to the JF CREATIONS service at the e-mail address: lyzy.art@orange.fr. We listen to our customers, and the best solutions will be retained, so that neither JF CREATIONS nor the customer are penalized.

Deliveries are made by post, by "COLISSIMO" with or without recipient's signature, but with tracking number. Once the package prepared by us, it will be delivered within approximately 5 days. If your mailbox is not big enough, or you are away, an instance you will be left by the postman. You can then pick up your package in the specified post office within 15 days. Follow at any time delivery of your package on www.colissimo.fr

In the case of a delay in delivery, JF Designs may under no circumstances be held responsible for the delay, and no compensation can be paid in return. Only the Post is responsible, and the customer can make a claim with the Postal Services.
